Welcome to Home Health Matters

We offer all of our usual therapy services, as well as skilled nursing. 

RN's can help with medication administration, monitoring vitals, and coordinating care. 

We are currently only funded by Medicaid (Health First Colorado, not Denver Health) and we accept self-pay. If you have a different provider and still wish to use us, please reach out to your representative and ask them to consider our agency!

Home Health Matters is not funded by state counties, so our accredited service areas are different. We also can extend services well past 3 years of age for families continuing to need at-home support.

Any parent can request a change to location of services at anytime. Please speak with your current therapist and they can help navigate this change with our administrative team. We will do the heavy lifting for you so that any transition can be a smooth one.
