Angela Magoon started her journey as a pediatric private contractor shortly after graduating from Gallaudet University. She started providing early intervention in 2004 and fell in love with the model, the families, and the individual care she was able to provide. She drove all over the state providing care to children and families in their homes and loved every second of it. Angela had no idea that this love along with her inability to access high level care in her community for her daughter, would lead to starting an organization that would help serve her community in a way other organizations weren't. She felt that our families and our children matter, and thus the company was born. She started the company in her basement, providing only early intervention in 3 counties and it grew and has evolved into what it is today. She is grateful for all of the families she has had the privilege to serve and the therapists, doctors and service coordinators who believed in her mission along the way. Our company wouldn't be the same without them.
Our mission is to serve our community with integrity, compassion and dedication. We offer child led, family focused, and disability informed services that allow for each child's interests to be part of their therapy program. We choose to focus on each child's strengths, and believe that therapy should be fun! We take pride in educating and collaborating with our parents, service coordinators, primary care providers, and team members inside and outside our organization in order to fully facilitate the best possible outcome for each child.

Julie received her associates in applied science in nursing in 2007. She furthered her education by obtaining a bachelor of science in nursing in 2015. Julie has been working in the medical field at one capacity or the other since 1996. The first 11 years of her career, she worked in the operating room with a sterile processing supporting staff. After obtaining her nursing degree, Julie worked on a MedSurg unit for 8 years. Julie began Home Health as a field nurse and loved being able to connect with patients on a one-to-one basis. In 2017 she and her husband began the adoption journey and due to their children's significant medical issues, their family was connected with Children Matter. The care, love and support provided to their family inspired Julie to join the home health team. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, sitting by a campfire roasting s’more’s.
